Presentation

Prepare a presentation showing the key aspects (tasks, process, results) of your dotcom project (tasks 1 to 3). Please note the following general conditions:

Time management/structure

The structure and organisation of the presentation show the key aspects (tasks, process, results) of the dotcom project. The specified time frame is adhered to.

1. The presentation has an introduction with an overview of the following presentation, a middle section and a critical appraisal at the end.
2. The presentation shows key aspects of the results of the dotcom project.
3. The presentation sets relevant focal points.
4. The presentation is structured in a logical and coherent sequence.
5. The time frame was adhered to (10-15 min).

Use of media, technical aspects

Technical aids are used individually or in combination to support the presentation and demonstration. These are used according to the situation and applied correctly.

1. Uses suitable means to support the presentation.
2. Operates the means used correctly.
3. Language and use of media are coordinated and complement each other.
4. The technical aids have been tested in advance, run smoothly and are used correctly.

Presentation technique

The presentation must comply with the cantonal language requirements. Correctly formulated sentences and comprehensible pronunciation are expected. The wording and technical language are adapted to the target audience (specialists, experts). Volume, speaking speed and gestures/facial expressions are adapted to the target audience and the premises

1. The statements are perfectly formulated.
2. Sentences are clearly structured, complete and linguistically correct.
3. Pronunciation is clear.
4. Gestures/facial expressions are adapted to the target audience.
5. Eye contact with the audience was regularly maintained and sought

Demonstration / presentation of the product

The product must be demonstrated in the condition in which it was delivered, if possible ready for operation and in working order. The audience is also given an insight into the technical procedure. The guideline is 10 minutes for the demonstration.

1. Demonstration shows the basic functions of the dotcom environment.
2. Demonstration is well prepared in terms of content and technical aspects.
3. Demonstration is understandable and comprehensible for the viewer.
4. Learner does not lose the thread during the demonstration
